We operate throughout Italy and, thanks to our experience in the event industry, over the years we have had the opportunity to get to know the most beautiful locations in Italy and to consolidate a network of high-quality wedding suppliers.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING

All you know is that you wish to marry the love of your life in Italy?

Our complete wedding planning service will guide you from the day of your engagement to the end of the celebrations. No fears or anxiety, just the pleasure of enjoying your special day to the fullest.

What it includes:

Free first acquaintance meeting
E-mails, unlimited calls until the day of the event (response within 24- 48h)
Realization of a budget file and optimization of expenses
Location research and presentation of various options
Development of wedding design moodboard: study and aesthetic design of the event.
Ability to add renderings to preview the event

Definition and coordination of all vendors involved (location, catering, graphic designer, flower designer, entertainment, light designer, ect.)
Drafting of the detailed program for the day of the event
Program confirmation and recall of all pre-event vendors
Set-up, supervision and creative direction on the day of the event
Coordination of all vendors during the event

The wedding planning service can be extended to include events on the wedding day. We will take care of your welcome and farewell parties, so you can relax and enjoy your special day. You will only need to tell us what you want and we will make it happen.

If you already have a location in mind or have a specific vision for your wedding, our planning service can be customized to meet your needs. We offer a variety of services, so you can choose what you need à la carte.

Lacking a plan for your wedding and hoping to handle all the details yourself? You require the guidance of a professional wedding planner!

Through our consulting service, we will provide you with the fundamentals to better plan your wedding. You will receive guidance and a variety of resources that will assist you throughout the process.
